How it works
- Select Track My Order and enter your checkout email address.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
- Choose your order to view its status and available tracking updates.
You do not need to register before buying. Orders placed as a guest can be found using the same email address used at checkout.
Not seeing an order or tracking update?
Check that you used the same email address as your order confirmation. If you checked out with only a phone number, or no longer have access to that email, contact ClipnClink for help.
If your order has not shipped, tracking may not be available yet. After shipment, the carrier may need time to show its first update.
